BONNYVILLE, AB (June 20 2018) - At the LCSD June board meeting Chairperson of the Board, Mary Anne Penner presented the Lakeland Catholic Outstanding Community Partner Award to Guy Gervais, Vice President of Academic at Portage College.
The Lakeland Catholic Outstanding Community Partner Award was established to recognize our partners who have gone above and beyond in supporting education in our communities.
We acknowledge that Portage College’s service region is on the traditional lands of First Nation Peoples, the owners of Treaty 6, 8 and 10, which are also homelands to the Métis people. We honour the history and culture of all people who first lived and gathered in these lands.
