The City of Cold Lake is situated in Alberta's "Lakeland" district, 300 km northeast of Edmonton, near the Alberta-Saskatchewan provincial border.
The City offers numerous outdoor activities both in summer and wintertime, many of which revolve around the lake that the City is named for. Such activities include: boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing and wakeboarding.
The Cold Lake campus is our second largest campus. It's conveniently housed in the Cold Lake Energy Centre located in Imperial Park. The Energy Centre is designed to be a dynamic space full of energy and activity. We can attest to that!
There are plenty of quality programs to choose from: Business Administration, Accounting/Computer applications, Office Administration, Practical Nurse, Community Social Work, Power Engineering and University Studies. We also offer on-line programming, such as: Culinary Arts and Women's Shelter Crisis Worker.
Blended learning through the use of technology, combined with traditional pedagogical methods, provides a flexible, dynamic learning environment in our departments.
