Have you ever wanted to work outdoors, or do physical work that helps our environment? If so, the Forestry Crew Worker Program is for you!
This program focuses on skill development that will make you a productive and skilled worker who will contribute to the physical well-being of our present and future forests.
Forestry Crew Workers have a variety of different skills that lead to employment. Forestry Crew Workers can work on tree planting projects, fight wildland forest fires, tend young forest growth through stand tending, eradicate mountain pine beetle, or protect rural communities by using fire smart techniques.
Forestry Crew Workers are ready to take on the challenge, contributing to improving our forests.
Offered through the Lac La Biche Campus at our Forestry Centre at Beaver Lake.
