To qualify students must be enrolled in, or have successfully graduated from a program and fulfill specific requirements.

Definitions:
Awards: An award is issued based on a specific accomplishment by a student. Awards vary in type and include financial or other recognition (i.e. - plaque, congratulatory letter, etc).
Bursaries: Bursaries are awarded based on financial need and other criteria determined by the sponsoring sources (i.e. personal background, group membership or affiliation, location of residence, commitment to a return for service, financial need, etc.). The value of bursaries varies.
Scholarships: Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, and usually when the student is entering further studies. Scholarships are monetary awards and are normally issued after confirmation of enrolment for a subsequent year of study.
