During the COVID-19 pandemic our priority is keeping our students and staff healthy and safe.

We are prepared for online delivery of the fall term. Our expert instructors will provide high-quality teaching using various delivery methods including online learning and video conferencing.

You will learn top culinary skills from the best in the food service industry! All instructors are Red Seal Chefs, which is a universally recognized and highly prestigious certification.

The Culinary and Hospitality program at Portage College is designed to ensure students graduate with the knowledge, skills and experience to immediately begin working in everything from restaurants and hotels to catering companies - even work camps. Instruction is divided between theory in the classroom and hands-on experience in a fully operational commercial kitchen.
