Singles Housing

Units are self-contained rooms designed for two students to share. 

Each room includes:
2 beds
2 desks
Kitchenette with stove and fridge
Table with chairs
Full bathroom

Single Students Rates per month ($400 security deposit required)
Single Occupancy $558
Double Occupancy $400

Family Housing
Family housing is available for full time students who have lived 75 km from the town of St. Paul for more than three years immediately prior to date of application, as verified in residence history. There is no kilometre restriction for single students. Appartments are fully furnished.

Proof of childcare arrangements must be provided before acceptance into housing.

Family Rates per month ($800 security deposit required)
2 Bedroom apartment $837
