The Secretary records all meeting minutes to ensure an accurate record of all motions and votes during SAPC meetings.

The 2025-2026 secretary is Shankar Shrestha. He is an Early Learning and Child Care student on the Lac La Biche campus. Shankar is deeply committed to creating a stronger, more inclusive and student-focused academic environment. He wants to ensure every student's voice is heard, advocate for better resources, and foster a culture of integrity and respect.
