Congratulations to Riley Woodruff for winning free tuition for a year at Portage College!
He competed with other graduating students of J.A. Williams High School to write as if they were an alumni of Portage College.
Looking forward to the future, Riley wrote his speech for the College's 75th anniversary celebration.
