To qualify students must be registered in, or have successfully graduated from a program and fulfil specific requirements outlined with each opportunity.

Most awards require you to fill out this general awards Application Form.

To apply for the following specific awards and scholarships use the corresponding fillable application forms:

Send completed application forms to the Awards Office at the Lac La Biche Campus by mail, fax or scan to email. You can also pick up a form from the Student Services Centre.

Only chosen recipients will be notified approximately 4 weeks after the deadline date.

Students may apply for as many scholarships, awards and bursaries as they are eligible for. We encourage students to check the criteria of each award carefully.

Awards will be disbursed approximately one month after each deadline.

Any funds awarded are applied to any outstanding balances on your student account. The balance will be provided in the form of a cheque.

Yes - it is always appropriate to send a thank you note! It is especially polite when the scholarship has been donated by an external source. The donors contact information may be shared with you for this purpose. Or you may send it to the Awards office, and it will be forwarded to the donor on your behalf.

All scholarships, awards and bursaries are taxable. You will automatically be issued a T4A if you are a recipient.
