This one-year, blended-delivery course for international students will provide you with the tools you need to become an effective leader in business. You'll learn communication and leadership skills, the principles of management, how to foster productivity and well-being and much more. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to round out your leadership training by choosing from an extensive list of micro-credentials within the program. This one-year program offers over 436 hours of blended online learning, complemented by six six-hour elective micro-credential courses. It prepares you for a rewarding career in business. Please note that this is a non-credit program and is not eligible for PGWP. However, as an international student, you may still be eligible to apply for a study permit.

Organizational Behaviour is not just for managers; the concepts explored in this course are useful to anyone who works.
