By uploading your photo, you agree to the following:
a) I am the copyright holder of the photograph. The "photograph" here refers to the JPG, GIF, or PNG file uploaded to Portage College server using the submission form on the Portage College Web site. (If you created the photograph, you are most likely the copyright holder, unless you sold the copyright to someone else. If you don't own the copyright then you may not submit the photo to Portage College.
b) I authorize Portage College to print, publish or display (in any medium or form, including but not limited to print, electronic, digital, magnetic, film, audio-visual, and other readable media formats) the image, including my likeness uploaded here.
c) To the extent that more than one individual is depicted in the photograph submitted, I represent and warrant that I have the authority to agree to these terms on the behalf of all individuals depicted. I agree to indemnify and hold Portage College harmless for any damages if I do not have said authority.
d) If any individual in the photograph is a minor, I represent and warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to consent to the terms of this agreement.
